I am Martina Arabadzhieva and I hold a PhD in economics in relation to higher education. During the last few years I am actively participating in various types pf projects in CRA, Bulgaria. Most projects are connected with science and education and my team and I often play the role of intermediate between various types of stakeholders, from research institutions and universities through governmental bodies and citizen organizations. At the moment I am part of a postdoctoral program at Sofia University, where I conduct my research in the field of social sciences. Because of my work I believe that interdisciplinary approach is crucial in today's world and that we should aim to implement advanced practices in all fields of education and research.
